Blue Topaz

Topaz has two possible sources for its name. In Greek "topazios" meaning "to seek" or in Sanskrit "tapas" meaning fire. Legend has it that Topaz strengthens intellect, bestows courage and drives away sadness. It is called the stone of fruitfulness, faithfulness and good cheer. Topaz in all colors is accepted as the November birthstone.
